Psychotherapy Sessions
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Every session is a collaboration and requires engagement— I walk beside you as a guide, not a directive leader or a passive listener.
Together, we may:
Question and shift limiting beliefs or patterns that no longer serve you
Heal old wounds and make peace with your past
Learn powerful new ways to respond effectively to triggers
Discover new strengths and create a vision for the future you want
Learn practical tools to help you navigate daily challenges outside of sessions
I draw from evidence-based methods such as parts work, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy — always tailoring the approach to what fits best for you.
Sessions are 50 minutes, $135, and offered virtually through a secure, encrypted portal or in person.
Before starting, I offer a free consultation so we can get to know each other and make sure we’re a good fit.
Psychotherapy Session including Hypnosis or Dreamwork
These 70 minute sessions include the psycho-therapeutic techniques outlines above, and allow extra time to include hypnosis or explore a dream. These longer sessions can also be booked if you simply want more time.
Hypnosis
This ancient healing technique used in the Egyptian “Sleep Temples” as early as 3000 BC is safe, non-invasive, and supported as effective by a growing body of clinical research. Hypnosis can help you intentionally create what you want in ways that feel surprisingly natural and organic.
When included as a support to therapy, hypnosis can act as a catalyst for lasting change. It speaks directly to the protective unconscious blocks that have been showing up as self- sabotage, negative patterns, or “bad luck”.
Hypnosis is especially effective for:
Anxiety and stress relief – promoting healthy relaxation, reducing limiting, fearful, or catastrophic thinking, and helping you to master social or workplace dynamics
Phobias and fears – gently retraining the mind’s response to triggers
Habit change – supporting motivation, addressing ambivalence, and creating healthier coping strategies
Dreamwork
Working with dreams can be a way to understand yourself on a deeper level. While hypnosis sends messages to your unconscious mind, dreams are messages from this more mysterious part of yourself. Dreamwork involves techniques that have been developed over the years from such figures in psychology as Carl Jung and Fritz Perls. It is a collaborative process that goes beyond the interpreting the dream to engaging with it in experiential ways to see what the dream is trying to tell you.
Sessions are up to 70 minutes, $175, and offered virtually through a secure, encrypted portal or in person.
There are many misconceptions about these fascinating modalities. You can book a consultation to make an informed decision about including hypnosis or dreamwork in your therapy journey. Please note that all hypnosis or dreamwork sessions contain psychotherapy, and I do not do them as a stand-alone practice.
