Hi, I’m Paula. I’m a registered psychotherapist and clinical hypnotist based in the West end of Toronto, Ontario. The word “clinical” sounds, well, clinical, but what that means is that I have professional and evidence-based training in hypnosis as it applies to mental health issues. Here are some things to know about me:

Who I work with

You may be feeling anxious, stuck in painful relationship patterns, or weighed down by the effects of trauma. Perhaps you’re navigating a major life transition, struggling with attachment wounds or abandonment fears, or trying to change your relationship with alcohol.

Whatever has brought you here, one thing is certain: you are not a diagnosis or a set of symptoms. My commitment is to see you as a whole person and to offer holistic support so you can create the change you’re longing for.

I am a culturally sensitive therapist and welcome clients living in Ontario from diverse backgrounds, lifestyles, and LGBTQ+ communities. Whoever you are, you are invited to bring your full self into our work.

My approach

My role as a therapist is to walk beside you as you explore patterns, paradoxes, and dilemmas, find ways to release what no longer fits, and step into a more authentic and empowered version of yourself. Together, we can transform challenges into opportunities for growth, and uncover new ways of being that feel aligned with who you truly are.

I bring a compassionate, collaborative style to therapy. I believe therapy should be a living, evolving process — always adapted to your needs.
